Vibeke Steinsvoll has been working to establish a production unit for Contemporary Art in the region of Sentral North Norway. This unit is intentionally going to produce hardcore contemporary art, and for this work she will get this years Norsk Sokkel award. The occasion for the handover was the inaguracion of the VEGA Fiesta Major Art Section.
